1. Introduction
These general conditions of sale detailed below exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the Thewildwhispers.fr site (hereinafter referred to as a "User" or "You") and the merchant Thewildwhispers.fr belonging to the commercial enterprise whose the commercial name is “The wild whispers” and whose registered office is located at 16, Chemin du Crêt 69570 in Dardilly. Thewildwhispers.fr may occasionally be required to modify some of the provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary that these be reread each time you visit the Thewildwhispers.fr site. These modifications are enforceable from the time they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on Thewildwhispers.fr is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale after having read them.

3. Product information
Thewildwhispers.fr strives to provide as much information as possible related to the characteristics of the products it offers by means of technical descriptions from its suppliers and photographs illustrating the products in the best possible way.
You will note that all our products are handcrafted, therefore variations may appear from one product to another.
The photographs and descriptive texts of the products are only indicative and have no contractual value.
The photographs reflect the products as faithfully as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity due to the fact that they are handmade and therefore unique pieces.
4. Price
The sale prices indicated on Thewildwhispers.fr are in euros and include all taxes but exclude delivery costs. The delivery costs are indicated and invoiced to the User (after choosing his delivery option) at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the prices which will have been indicated to you on our site at the time of your order. We inform you that in case of display of a distorted price, whatever the explanation (electronic bug, human error, technique etc), the order will be canceled, even in the event of prior validation.
5. Availability
You will note that we will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product after payment of your order, we undertake to inform you within 2 days from your date of purchase and to indicate the waiting period before a return to stock of your products or, if applicable, offer you a refund in the event of unavailability.
6. Means of delivery
Your order will be delivered to you at the chosen Relay point (via Mondial Relay or Chrono Relais) or at home via Colissimo.
When the item is indicated "In Stock" when you order, the time between placing the order and the date of the carrier's first presentation at the determined location is the sum of two things:
1. The first, packages are shipped within 72 working hours of receipt of your payment. We process and ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. The second, the delivery time of your package by the carrier you have chosen.
You are informed of this delay when you choose delivery at the time of payment. These deadlines are indicated in working days. Thewildwhispers.fr strives to respect the delivery times mentioned.
However, we specify that we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery or loss of parcels caused by a third party to the contract or by you or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause resulting from a case of force majeure.
In the event of non-receipt of a package within the time indicated, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and often requires several days.
During this period, no refund or return can be made.
Please note that we will wait for the return of the carrier before considering a solution.
WORLD RELAY
Shipments are made through the Relay Points present in France. Packages are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Click here to see the nearest Relay Point from home.
An email or SMS notifies you of the arrival of the package at the selected relay point.
In the event that the package is not collected within 15 days, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Once your order is dispatched, The Wild Whispers is not responsible for the delivery time being extended by the carrier
and cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
If the parcel is again returned to the sender, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain acquired by The Wild Whispers.
No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being authentic
CHRONO RELAY
The delivery time is one working day.
You collect your parcels at a relay point for delivery before 1 p.m. the day after dispatch.

If your package is not collected within 15 days, reshipping costs will apply.
Once your order is dispatched, The Wild Whispers is not responsible for the delivery time being extended by the carrier

COLISSIMO
The delivery time in colissimo followed is 3 to 5 open days.
Once your order is dispatched, The Wild Whispers is not responsible for the delivery time being extended by the carrier
and cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
If the parcel is again returned to the sender, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain acquired by The Wild Whispers.
No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being authentic

The Wild Whispers cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
In all cases, if the package is returned to the sender, a second delivery will be made at the Customer's expense.
If the package is again returned to the sender, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain with The Wild Whispers.
No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being authentic.
7. Secure payment
Thewildwhispers.fr has chosen to ensure payment security with Paypal and SSL Secure Shopping.
8. Right of withdrawal/Exchanges. Satisfied or refunded
In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the order.
Beyond this period returns will not be accepted.
The package must be returned within 14 days of the return request, as evidenced by the postmark. All parcels whose stamp attests to a date greater than 14 days will be refused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you return it in a tracked package.
Once the goods have been received, we will refund or exchange the products within fifteen days.
To make a return:

- you will then receive a return confirmation email from our team
- then you can send us back your parcel which you will have taken care to repack to the address indicated below in a tracked parcel, note thatshipping costs will be your responsibility

Once the package has been returned in good condition and respecting the above instructions, The Wild Whispers will refund the amount corresponding to the item(s) within 15 working days.
If an error on the product is found, the customer's return costs will bereimbursed on receipts.
In exceptional cases of reimbursement of return costs, The Wild Whispers reimburses up to the minimum costs of a simple Colissimo.
The return is at the Customer's risk.
The Wild Whispers reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- When the return request and the package are sent beyond 14 days after receipt of the order.
- When the item is not returned in its original packaging or received in poor condition.

Size exchanges are possible on clothing
To do so, contact us by email with your contact details and your order number at: the_wild_whispers@outlook.fr in a5 day delayafter receiving your package.
Return costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Disparaging remarks, communication
All reviews posted by Thewildwhispers.fr Users are monitored and moderated by our team. As soon as the comments violate the law and ethics (abusive advertising, defamatory comments, insults, comments out of context...) Thewildwhispers.fr reserves the right to refuse or modify
the relevant review.
10. Protection of personal data
The information that you communicate to us being essential for the treatment and the routing of the orders, the establishment of the invoices and the contracts of guarantee, their absence involves the cancellation of your order. By registering on Thewildwhispers.fr, you undertake to provide us with sincere and true information about yourself. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions as well as to the conditions of use appearing on Thewildwhispers.fr. Personal information is processed in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC relating to the processing of personal data.
Therefore, be aware that your personal data can only be collected and processed in accordance with the purposes indicated when they were collected.

11. Warranties
The products we offer are covered by the legal guarantees of French law: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
